How Email Sign-In Works
With Email Sign-In, you no longer need to remember your password every time.
Follow these steps:
Open the Output Capture app.
Tap “Login with Email” on the login screen.
Enter your email address and select “Send login link”.
Check your inbox for an email from [email protected].
Tap the login link in the email — this will redirect you back to the app and log you in automatically.
Note: The login link expires after a short period. If it expires, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
Prefer to Use Your Password?
No problem — you can still log in with your password:
Enter your email address on the login screen.
Select “Use Password”.
Enter your password and tap “Login”.
Forgot Your Password?
Resetting your password is simple:
On the Capture App login screen, select “Use Password”.
Then click "Forgot password".
Check your inbox for an email from [email protected].
Tap the reset password link in the email.
Enter your new password and select “SAVE”.
You can now sign in with your new password.
When Will I Need to Re-Authenticate?
The app may ask you to log in again for extra security. You can now choose Email Sign-In or Password during re-authentication. This applies to:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Is Email Sign-In Secure?
Yes! Email Sign-In is designed to keep your account safe:
Login links expire quickly and can only be used once.
If you didn’t request the login email, simply ignore or delete it.
For extra security, we recommend setting up 2FA in your account settings.
Troubleshooting Tips
Didn’t receive the login email?
Check your Spam folder.
Confirm you entered the correct email.
Tap “Send login link” again.
Login link expired?
Reopen the app and request a new link.
