Updating your password

Your initial login details are sent to you via email, which you can update at any stage via the Capture app of Hub platform.

How to change your password via the Capture App

  1. Navigate to the sensor settings in your Capture app

  2. Scroll down to 'Change Password'

  3. Enter your current password

  4. Then you can enter a new password

Important: You must be running 2.22.0 in order to update your password as highlighted above. You can learn more about how to update your Capture app here.

OR

  1. Click into the Capture App login screen and enter the email address you use for your Output login

  2. Down the bottom of the screen click 'Forgot Password'

  3. Once you have clicked it, you will see a green banner appear at the top of your screen indicating that 'We've sent a password reset email'

  4. Login into the email you entered and click on the link provided

    1. Please note that this link is only active for 1 hour

  5. You will then be prompted to enter a new password

  6. Once you click save your password will be updated

Important: Once you change your password you will be logged out of all devices across both Capture and Hub.


How to change your password via the Hub

  1. Log into the Hub

  2. Navigate to your 'Settings'

  3. Select β€˜Account’

  4. Scroll to 'Change Password'

  5. Follow the onscreen prompts

  6. Once you're happy with your new password select 'Save Changes'

Important: Once you change your password you will be logged out of all devices across both Capture and Hub.


How to update your password via a coach level login

Once the main account holder has set you up with a login, you can set your password by following the link provided in the email.

Important: The main account holder must first set up with the login for you. They can learn how to that here.

If the "Set Password" link has expired in the email that was sent to you please follow the steps below;

  1. Click into the Capture App login screen and enter the email address your coach has used

  2. Down the bottom of the screen click 'Forgot Password'

  3. Once you have clicked it, you will see a green banner appear at the top of your screen indicating that 'We've sent a password reset email'

  4. Login into the email you entered and click on the link provided

    1. Please note that this link is only active for 1 hour

  5. You will then be prompted to enter a new password

  6. Once you click save your password will be updated

How to update your password via an athlete level login

Once your coach has set you up with a login, you can set your password by following the link provided in the email.

Important: The coach must set up the login for you via their account. They can learn how to that here.

If the "Set Password" link has expired in the email that was sent to you about your athlete level login, please follow the steps below;

  1. Click into the Capture App and enter the email address your coach has used

  2. Down the bottom of the screen click 'Forgot Password'

  3. Once you have clicked it, you will see a green banner appear at the top of your screen indicating that 'We've sent a password reset email'

  4. Login into the email you entered and click on the link provided

    1. Please note that this link is only active for 1 hour

  5. You will then be prompted to enter a new password

  6. Once you click save your password will be updated
