Keep up to date with the latest version of Capture so you don’t miss out on new features and tweaks to make your Output experience even better.

How to Update Your Capture App

App Banner

If there is an update available you will see the below banner in the Capture app. You can then click on the link and it will bring you directly to the App Store or Google Play Store.

Android Users

Step 1

Click into the Google Play Store app and search for Output Capture. Alternatively, you can click here on your Android device: Google Play Store

Step 2

If there is an update available you will see “Update” next to the app. If there is no update available it will have “Open” beside the app.

Step 3

If there is an update available simply click “Update”. Once the update has finished downloading you can then open your Capture app back up and start testing again.

Note: If you are using our Android APK, please follow this link for the most up to date version of the app.

iOS Users

Step 1

Click into the App Store and search for Output Capture.

Alternatively, you can click here on your iOS device: App Store

Step 2

If there is an update available you will see “Update” next to the app. If there is no update available it will have “Open” beside the app.

If there is an update available simply click “Update”.

Step 3

Once the update has finished downloading you can then open your Capture app back up and start testing again.


Tips

Auto-Updates

The most simple way to ensure you are always on the most up to date version of the app, is to turn on auto-updates.

For Android users; Follow some quick steps here to enable auto-updates.

For iOS users; Follow some quick steps here to enable auto-updates.

App Version

To check what version of the Capture app you are currently on, just navigate to the “Settings” menu within the app by clicking on the sensor symbol on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
