Athlete Level Login

An athlete level login allows you to create an account for your patient/athlete in order to allow them to access their data on the Capture app via their own login.

When the patient/ athlete has downloaded the app, they will have access to complete their account setup and do the following:

  • Review their own progress

  • Collect data remotely

  • Visualise their improvements

  • Allow coaches/physios to review exercise compliance & improvements

The video below will show you and talk you through the features of an athlete level login.

How to set up an Athlete Level Login;

  1. Log into the Hub

  2. Navigate to β€˜Athlete Hub’

  3. Click into the Athlete/Patient that you wish to set the login for

  4. On the top of the screen next to their name, click the edit button

  5. Navigate to where it says 'Want to invite this athlete to use Output?', input their email address, and click 'Save Athlete'

  6. The athlete will then receive an email asking them to set up a password

You can also include an athlete's email address when you are bulk uploading profiles into your account, which will automatically send login info to the athlete's email address. This can be useful to have everything set-up in one go.

Note: If the 'Set Password' link has expired when the athlete receives the email, the athlete can still download the Capture app and then simply click 'Forgot Password' to set a new one.

How your athletes/patients can complete workouts on their own Output App;

  1. Provide your athlete(s) with an athlete-level login, as shown above.

  2. Create a workout(s) for your athlete(s).

  3. Assign the workout directly to your athlete or to the group they are a part of.

  4. Your athlete can now log into their Output App and select the Workouts tab to view all workouts assigned to them or their group.

The video below with walk you through the steps involved.
