The three dots (context menu)

Throughout the app you will see three dots () on the top right corner of the screen. Depending on what screen you are viewing it will allow you to access different things. Below each option is broken down explaining exactly what you can do.

Note: If you are using a tablet the icons may be displayed, rather than being within the 3 dots menu.

Historical Data

Within the Capture App, you can track an athlete’s progress longitudinally with unlimited historical data. You can choose between a table view (allowing you to click into each individual exercise), or a chart view (allowing you to chart any metric over time).

To access this data simply click the three dots icon, located throughout the app, and select the History icon

Note: The Recent Activity on the Home Screen of the Capture app only goes back 30 days. The history within the Capture app goes back indefinitely for each exercise.

Leaderboards

Leaderboards drive intent and competition amongst your athletes. Through a user-friendly display of athletes' scores for a particular exercise, you can toggle between metrics and time periods to see who is coming out on top.

To access leaderboards simply click the three dots icon, located throughout the app, and select the Leaderboard icon

Favouriting Exercises

If you have exercises you use quite regularly, it may be a good idea to favourite them as they will be quicker to find.

This is where the ♡ icon comes in. On various screens across the Capture app you will see a 'Favourite ♥︎'. If you select this, it will add that exercise to your favourites. If you would like to remove an exercise from your favourites, simply click the 'Unfavourite ♡'.

All favourited exercises appear at the top of each category and also in their own tab on the bottom right hand corner of the screen under the ♡ icon.

Edit

When using the Capture app you may want to delete various reps, update weight lifted, update the side that the exercise was performed on, update the date that the exercise was performed on, or update the athlete that performed the exercise.

Through the Edit button you can access all of the above.

To access the edit button simply click the three dots icon within the pre-record screen of an exercise on the top right, and select the Edit icon

Video Settings

When using the Capture app you may want the ability to video the movement in conjunction with sensor measurements.

Through the video settings you can toggle the camera on and off and choose what camera to use (back or front). Based on what you choose you will be shown a preview.

To access video settings simply click the three dots icon within the pre-record screen of an exercise on the top right, and select the Video icon

Delete

You may want to delete an exercise for an athlete so the results are not tracked.

You can do this at any stage by clicking the 'Delete' button located in the context menu () when reviewing the history for a particular exercise.

Important: If data for an exercise is deleted, it is not possible to retrieve the data.
