How to Edit, Duplicate, and Delete a Program

You can manage existing programs directly from the Programs tab in Hub. This allows you to quickly edit a program, create a copy, or remove it entirely.

Open the Programs Tab

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Programs tab in Hub.

  2. You’ll see a table of all programs, including details such as:

    • Program name

    • Author

    • Last updated date

    • Scheduling status


Access the Program Actions Menu

  1. Find the program you want to manage.

  2. On the far right of the program row, click the three-dot (⋮) menu.

A dropdown menu will appear with available actions: Edit, Duplicate, and Delete.


Edit a Program

Use this option to modify an existing program.

  1. Open the program actions menu.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. The program builder will open, where you can update:

    • Sessions and workouts

    • Weeks and structure

    • Notes and details

Changes are saved automatically as you work.


Duplicate a Program

Create a full copy of an existing program to reuse or modify.

  1. Open the program actions menu.

  2. Click Duplicate.

A new program will be created containing the same:

  • Weeks

  • Sessions

  • Exercises and steps

  • Notes and structure

You can then rename and adjust the duplicate as needed.


Delete a Program

Remove a program you no longer need.

  1. Open the program actions menu.

  2. Click Delete.

  3. Confirm the deletion if prompted.

Note: You cannot delete a program template that is in use. Please, remove it from all calendars before deleting it.

Important: Deleting a program permanently removes it and cannot be undone.


When to Use Each Option

  • Edit - Update or refine an existing program

  • Duplicate - Reuse a program as a template for new athletes or phases

  • Delete - Clean up outdated or unused programs
