Logging in and Pairing the Sensor

Once you've received your welcome email and downloaded the Output Capture App, you're ready to log in and connect your sensor.

Logging In

  1. Open the Output Capture App on your mobile device or tablet.

  2. Enter the email address you used to register.

  3. Use the password provided to you in your welcome email.

  4. Tap Log In.

Pairing Your Sensor

  1. Make sure your sensor is fully charged.

  2. Enable Bluetooth on your device.

  3. Click on the top right icon in the Capture app.

  4. Tap “Pair New Sensor” when prompted.

  5. Under ‘Discovered Sensors’, select your sensor.

Once connected, the lights will change to a slower blue flashing state, and a coloured circle will appear around the sensor icon on the top right hand side of the app on the home screen.

Sensor LED indicators:

  • Flashing Blue = Ready to pair

  • Solid Blue = Successfully connected

Troubleshooting Tips

  • If your sensor isn’t showing up, try toggling Bluetooth off/on or restarting the app.

  • Keep the sensor within 1 meter of your device while pairing.

  • Only one device can be paired with the sensor at a time.
