Exercise Instructions

The easiest way to learn the exercise technique and associated sensor positioning is by clicking on the ‘?’ button just beside the green 'Start' button when you have chosen your selected exercise (as shown here).

This will present you with an image showing you where to place the sensor, followed by a short video outlining how to perform the exercise.

It will also give you bullet-point guidelines on how to perform the exercise, and indicate the targeted body part and equipment for that exercise.

Important: Please note that the sensor placement image and exercise instructions will not show if you are using the 'Non-Sensor Tracking' option. The '?' will still show you the video instructions.

Sensor Placement

Depending on which exercise you are looking to perform, the sensor will be positioned either on the chosen body segment or equipment you are using.

Below is a brief summary of all the sensor positions and you can also find these located within the Capture app sing the ‘?’ button as mentioned above. In addition, you can also click here to view a printable pdf highlighting various sensor positions and useful tips and tricks for making the most of your Output system.
