Before you start
Access to Output through HYROX365 is for affiliated HYROX partners only. Before you begin you'll need:
An active HYROX365 account with a current affiliation - HYROX Performance Coach, HYROX Training Club or HYROX Performance Center.
Access to the HYROX365 Performance Hub.
The email address you want to use for your Output account. This doesn't have to match your HYROX365 email, but using the same one keeps things simple
You don't need to buy anything or own any Output sensors. Signing up this way puts you on Compete, which is free.
Setting up your account
1. Log in to the HYROX365 Performance Hub
Use your usual HYROX365 credentials.
2. Open the Output sign-up link
The link carries a single-use access code that identifies you as an affiliated HYROX partner, so open it from the Performance Hub rather than typing the address in yourself.
3. Wait for your code to be checked
You'll briefly see a loading screen while Output validates the code, then the sign-up page.
4. Check the button, then enter your email address
Before you type anything, look at the button beneath the email field. There are two versions and they do different things.
Get access — your code has been recognised. Enter your email and your Output login details will be sent to you automatically. This is the normal route, and it's what you should see.
Request access — your code wasn't recognised. Entering your email sends a notification to the Output team instead of creating an account, so no login details will arrive on their own.
Important: If you are a HYROX affiliate and the button says Request access, something has gone wrong with your link. Email [email protected] and a member of our team will sort it out for you.
5. Set your password
Output emails you a link to create a password. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your junk folder.
6. Log in to the Output Hub
Go to hub.outputsports.com and sign in. Your account is created on the Compete tier and you're ready to go.
What to do next
Once you're in, the usual first steps are:
Add your athletes to the Athlete Hub.
Invite them to the Capture app using their email addresses. The HYROX Conditioning Test is assigned to them automatically when you do.
Run your first test. Athletes get their HYROX Score in Capture as soon as the results are in.
If something goes wrong
The link took me to the Output login page.
That code has already been used, which usually means an account exists for your gym. Sign in with it, or use Forgot Password if you don't have the details.
The button says Request access instead of Get access.
Your code wasn't recognised, so submitting the form notifies our team rather than setting up your account. If you're a HYROX affiliate, email [email protected] and we'll get you set up.
I submitted my email but nothing arrived.
Check your junk folder first. If the button said Request access rather than Get access, no login details are sent automatically - contact [email protected].
I got an error after entering my email.
The most common cause is that the address is already registered with Output. Try signing in instead, or use a different address.
The password link has expired.
Go to the Hub login page and select Forgot Password to get a fresh one.
