Creating a workout from the Calendar
Click Add a Workout on any day in your Calendar.
The Workout Library side drawer opens. Next to the search bar, you'll see a + Create button.
Click + Create. The Workout Builder opens in a modal, ready for you to build from scratch.
Build your workout and confirm.
The new workout is saved to your Workout Library and highlighted in the drawer so you can find it easily.
Creating a workout from Program Builder
In Program Builder, click Import from Library on any session slot.
The side drawer opens. Click + Create next to the search bar.
Build the workout in the modal and confirm.
The new workout is saved and highlighted in the drawer, ready to add to your programme.
Creating an exercise from the Calendar
While editing a workout in the Calendar, click to add an exercise step.
The Exercise Library side drawer opens.
Click + Create to create a new exercise inline.
Fill in the exercise details and confirm.
The new exercise is saved to your Exercise Library and highlighted in the drawer so you can add it straight away.
