Viewing group completion status on the Calendar

You can now see how many athletes in a group have completed a session directly from the Calendar view, without leaving the page you're already on.

Where to find completion data

On the Calendar event block:
Each group session on the Calendar now shows a completion summary — displayed as a percentage of athletes who have completed the session. This gives you an immediate read on group adherence as you scan through the week.

In the event detail view:
Click on a group session to open the full event detail. Here you'll see the completion status broken down by individual athlete, sorted by priority:

  • Missed — athletes who haven't completed the session and the date has passed

  • Scheduled — athletes who haven't completed the session yet and the date is still upcoming

  • Completed — athletes who have finished the session

  • Excluded — athletes who were removed from this group event (and have no override in place)

Understanding overrides

When an athlete reschedules a group session or has their session individually modified by a coach, this creates an override — a personal version of the session linked to that athlete.

Overrides now appear in the Attendees view and the Status view, rather than being grouped under "Excluded". This gives you a more accurate picture: an athlete who rescheduled their session is still doing it — they just show as overridden, not excluded.

A warning indicator appears next to an athlete's name when an override is in place. Hovering over the indicator shows a tooltip explaining the type of change:

  • The date of the session was changed (e.g. rescheduled by the athlete or coach)

  • The session content was changed (e.g. exercises were swapped or modified for that athlete)

Overrides are only shown on group events — individual athlete events are not affected.

What counts as an override?

An override is created when:

  • The date of a group session is changed for an individual athlete

  • The session content is edited for an individual athlete

If an athlete is simply excluded from a group event, that is not an override — the event is removed from their calendar entirely.
