Which workouts can be rescheduled?
You can reschedule any workout that hasn't been completed yet. This includes:
Scheduled workouts — sessions that are coming up on your calendar
Missed workouts — sessions that have passed but weren't completed
Completed workouts cannot be moved. If a workout is already done, it stays where it is.
How to reschedule a workout
Open the Output app and go to your weekly calendar view.
Tap on the workout you want to move.
On the workout detail screen, tap Reschedule.
A calendar will appear. Select the new date you want to move the workout to. Only today and future dates are available — past dates are greyed out.
Tap Update to confirm.
Your workout will move to the new date immediately. The original date will be cleared.
What happens after rescheduling?
The workout appears on the new date. If you already have other sessions on that day, they will stack alongside each other.
You can reschedule the same workout more than once if your plans change again.
If your coach can see your calendar, they will see the updated date the next time they check.
If you're part of a group session
If the workout you reschedule was a shared group session assigned by your coach, rescheduling it will create a personal copy of that session on your new date. This means:
You will be doing the session on your chosen date rather than the group date.
Any future changes your coach makes to the group session will not automatically apply to your version.
