The Quick Start Workout feature allows you to begin a session instantly, so you can track your training even when plans change or no workout has been assigned.
What is Quick Start Workout?
Quick Start Workout lets you create an empty workout and build it as you go.
Instead of needing a pre-planned session, you can:
Start a workout instantly
Name your session before beginning
Add exercises and sets during your workout
Your session is saved just like any other workout, even though it’s not linked to a program or template.
How to start a Quick Start Workout
You can start a Quick Start Workout from two places:
From the Home Screen
If no workouts are scheduled or assigned for the day, you’ll see a Quick Start Workout option directly on your home screen.
From the Workout List
You can also start a workout from the workout list screen by selecting Quick Start Workout.
Steps
Tap Quick Start Workout
Enter a workout name (this defaults to today’s date)
Tap Start
You’ll enter an empty workout where you can begin adding exercises and recording sets.
How it works
A new workout is created that is not linked to a template or program
You can add exercises and sets as you train
All data is saved as a completed workout
The session is tracked like any other workout
Note: Quick Start Workout is only available when you do not have a workout already in progress.
Why use Quick Start Workout?
Quick Start removes a key barrier to tracking your training.
It allows you to:
Capture workouts even when they’re unplanned
Avoid missing session data
Stay consistent with tracking
