View Today’s Scheduled Workouts
When you open the app, you’ll land on your profile home screen.
Under Today, you can see:
Your readiness and wellness scores
All workouts scheduled for today
The program each workout belongs to
Whether a session has been completed
Tap any workout to open the full session details.
View Workout Details
Inside a workout, you can:
Read session notes and instructions
View exercises, sets, and reps
See supersets or exercise groupings
Scroll through the full session structure
When you’re ready, tap Start workout to begin.
View Your Weekly Plan
You can also view your full weekly schedule.
The Weekly plan shows:
All sessions for each day
Today highlighted
Future scheduled workouts
Completed sessions
Days with no scheduled events
Tap any workout to open or complete it.
Complete a Future or Missed Workout
You can complete workouts even if they were:
Scheduled for a future date
Missed earlier in the week
Completed out of order
Once completed, the workout will show a visual confirmation.
Delete a Scheduled Workout
If you delete a scheduled workout from the app:
It will still remain on your weekly view
It will return to its originally scheduled day on your calendar
It is not permanently deleted from your coach’s program
If you delete a session by mistake, your coach can still see it in its original scheduled position.
