How to Edit Programs or Workouts in Calendars

You can easily edit a workout for an athlete or group directly from the Calendars tab in Hub. This allows you to quickly make edits to align with your athletes schedules and the changing demands of a session.

Step 1: Open the Calendars Tab

  1. In the left-hand menu, click the Calendars tab in Hub.

  2. You’ll see a calendar view for athletes or groups, including planned workouts or programs if they have already been scheduled for them.


Step 2: Select your Athlete or Group

  1. In the top-left, search for the athlete or group you are looking for.

  2. Click on their name or title to open their calendar


Step 3: Select the Workout you want to Edit


Option A: Edit the Workout

  1. Select the "Edit" button in the right hand drawer once it opens.

  2. This will open up the Workout Builder for you to make edits to the workout.

Important: Changes to the workout in the calendar will not impact the workout that is in the program template.

Changes to an athletes workout, will not affect the group workout, if the workout had been assigned to a group.


Option B: Assign / Unassign Athletes from a Group Workout

  1. Select the group name in the right hand drawer once it opens.

  2. This will display a list of attendees, from here you can decide to include or exclude individuals from the workout.


Option C: Delete a Workout from a Calendar

  1. Select the 3 dots in the Workout title.

  2. From here you can:

    1. Delete a workout

    2. Save the updated workout to your workout library

    3. Remove the workout from the athletes calendar
