Step 1: Open the Calendars Tab
In the left-hand menu, click the Calendars tab in Hub.
You’ll see a calendar view for athletes or groups, including planned workouts or programs if they have already been scheduled for them.
Step 2: Select your Athlete or Group
In the top-left, search for the athlete or group you are looking for.
Click on their name or title to open their calendar
Step 3: Add Program or Workout
Click on a date in the Calendar.
You will have the Option to "Add a Program" or "Add a Workout"
Option A: Add Program
Select "Add Program"
You can search for your pre-created program in the drawer on the right hand side.
To add it to the calendar, select "Add" or simply drag and drop it to your preferred date.
4. If you select "Add", you will be able to:
Select the Start Date
Include/Exclude Athletes if you have decided to add the Program to a Groups Calendar.
Option B: Add Workout
Select "Add Workout"
You can search for your pre-created program in the drawer on the right hand side.
To add it to the calendar, select "Add" or simply drag and drop it to your preferred date.
If you select "Add", you will be able to:
Select the Workout Date
Include/Exclude Athletes if you have decided to add the Workout to a Groups Calendar.
Tips for Managing Calendars
You can rearrange workouts on a calendar by Dragging and Dropping them on the calendar.
If you have assigned a workout to a group, but you rearrange the workout for one athlete, you can do so in their calendar without affecting the group.
