How to Skip an Exercise in the Capture App (Workout Feature)
The Capture app now allows for greater flexibility during workouts, including the ability to skip exercises or entire supersets during an active workout. This feature is especially useful if you don’t have access to equipment, are short on time, or need to modify the workout on the fly.
Key Rules on Skipping
You can skip a full exercise or an entire superset.
You cannot skip individual sets or reps within an exercise.
Once you start an exercise, you can no longer skip it - make sure to skip before logging any sets.
