What is Live Mode?

Live Mode allows you to view real-time data as it's captured - perfect for group testing, driving intent and competitions.

How to Use

  1. Log into the Output Hub.

  2. Navigate to the Live tab.

  3. As athletes complete their exercises in the app, results will automatically appear on screen.

Tip: Connect your laptop to a large screen or projector for an engaging team-wide experience.

What are Leaderboards?

Leaderboards display ranked performance metrics in real-time - ideal for driving competition and tracking progress.

Key Features

  • Rank by exercise metric (e.g. jump height, peak velocity, RSI).

  • Toggle between individual sessions or rolling results.

  • Use relative leaderboards to rank athletes by a percentage of their best, based on your chosen comparison period.

Use Cases

  • Warm-ups with jump leaderboards to boost intent.

  • Weekly testing to highlight improvements.

  • Rehab milestones for motivation and tracking.
