Different Types of Logins

At Output, we have created a diverse system that allows all levels of an organisation to use Output with differing levels of access based on their requirements. Today, we will discuss these different levels and how they work.

There are three levels of access for Output which include the below:

1. Organisation Login

2. Coach Login

3. Athlete Level Login

Important: Please note that an email can only be used once for any account. If a coach or athlete account cannot be created it may be due to that email already being used somewhere else. If this is the case please contact [email protected].

Note: If you have a Microsoft account you can use single sign on (SSO) to sign into your Output account.

Organisation Login

An organisation login is referred to as the owner of the account, having access to all features that have been purchased by the owner. In this case, they can manage everything in the Output account and are responsible for creating a coaches login and assigning them to the correct groups.

Coach Login

A coach login can access both the capture app and Hub. They can use the system exactly like an organisation’s login with the exception of groups. They cannot create groups or edit any/see any groups/workouts that they are not a part of. Any further information regarding a coach login can be found here.

Athlete Level Login

An athlete login can only access the capture app. They can complete workouts that have been assigned to them and any exercises in the Output system. Any further information regarding an athlete's login can be found here.
