How to report an issue within the Capture V2 app

If you are intrigued to learn more about the signals being captured for a particular metric, or if you are encountering some difficulties with a particular exercise, by reporting the issue our tech team can help you.

How To Use Report An Issue

  1. Navigate to the exercise you would like to perform.

  2. Complete the exercise as normal.

  3. On the results screen, click “Report Issue”.

  4. Within the pop-up window, you have the option of sending a message.

  5. Click “Submit”.

  6. If the report has successfully been sent you will receive a pop up letting you know it has been reported.

Important: You need to have an internet connection in order for the reported issue to send.

Important: You can only use this function after the immediate completion of an exercise.
