Finding exercises in Capture - Most Used, Favourites, and Search

The exercise screen in Capture has been redesigned to reduce the time it takes to find the movements you actually use. Here's what's changed and how it works.

The new three-tab layout

When you open the exercise screen, you'll now see three tabs: Most Used, Favourites, and All.

Most Used

Most Used is the default tab for any athlete who has logged at least one exercise. It automatically shows your most-trained exercises from the past 30 days, ranked from most to least frequent, so the movements you come back to regularly are always front and centre.

Favourites

Favourites works the same way it always has. Any exercises you've saved as favourites appear here for quick access.

All

All gives you the full exercise library, exactly as before.

Filtering by category

Categories are now available as the first option in the Filter by menu, alongside exercise type.

Tap the filter icon to select a category - it works as a single-select filter, so you can narrow the library to one category at a time when browsing.

Tips

  • If you repeatedly test the same handful of movements, the Most Used tab will handle navigation for you, just open Capture and tap.

  • Search ignores filters and tabs, so if you're looking for something specific, just search rather than switching tabs first.

  • To add an exercise to Favourites, tap it in any tab and use the favourite option.
