How to delete an Athlete (Hub & Capture App)

Learn how to delete or remove an athlete from your organisation using the HUB or the Capture App. Follow step-by-step instructions to permanently delete an athlete profile and data.

To delete an athlete from the HUB;

  1. Navigate to ‘Athlete Hub

  2. Check the box next to the Athlete(s) you would like to delete

  3. On the top of the screen click the 'Delete selected Athletes' bin icon button -

  4. Then confirm the Delete action by clicking 'Delete' on the pop up box

Important: You can only delete athletes if you are logged into an organisational login.


To delete an athlete from the Capture App;

  1. Open the Capture App and navigate to the athlete profile you want to delete

  2. Tap the pencil (edit) icon next to the athlete’s name

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the athlete details screen

  4. Tap Delete Athlete

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Important: Deleting an athlete will permanently remove them from your organisation and cannot be undone.
