Now that your sensor is connected, you're ready to record your first jump and explore the Output Hub - your central data dashboard.

Measuring Your First Jump

  1. Attach the Sensor

    • Place the sensor into the sensor pouch and attach it to the foot strap.

    • Fasten it securely to your dominant foot.

  2. Open the Capture App

    • From the home screen, tap "Exercises" ➡ "Jumps" and then select "CMJ" for Countermovement Jump.

  3. Run the Test

    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

    • Tap "Start" and perform the jump when ready - the app will automatically capture and analyse it.

  4. View Results

    • See real-time metrics such as Jump Height, RSI, and Flight Time immediately after the attempt.


Introduction to the Output Hub

After completing your first jump, head over to the Output Hub on desktop.

In the Hub, you can:

  • View & Analyse Data across all your tests.

  • Track Athlete Progress over time.

  • Export Reports for analysis or sharing.

  • Manage Users and customise test setups.
